One of Downtown Columbus' favorite places, the Columbus Riverwalk & Trail is now a reality. See Main Street's responses to public questions along with examples from other communities. While you're there, issue an opinion yourself via our online survey.

Riverwalk is a 1.25 mile walking and biking trail. The trail begins at Main Street and winds along the Tombigbee River. The trail provides two pavilions, bathrooms, benches, bike racks and picnic benches.

     

Downtown is gearing up for the 40,000+ anticipated crowd coming May 2 & 3, 2008. Take a look at all the great activities from the 2007 Market Street Festival.  Plans are underway for 2008 so mark your calendar to enjoy great music and food, fun activities, and tons of art!
